Commercial HVAC for buildings that can't afford downtime

Rooftop units, split systems and ventilation across South Jersey and the Delaware Valley. Led by 40+ years of hands-on commercial experience — we diagnose it right the first time.

What we do

Commercial HVAC services

We work on commercial and industrial equipment exclusively — rooftop units, CRAC systems, split systems, make-up air and exhaust. Not a residential company with a commercial page.

Commercial HVAC Repair

Diagnostic and repair for rooftop units and split systems. We find the actual fault rather than replacing parts until it works.

Who we work with

Buildings we know

A warehouse has different problems than a medical office. We size, service and schedule around how each building type actually operates.

  • Warehouse & DistributionHigh ceilings, large volumes, and heat that collects at the roof.
  • Modular BuildingsRooftop and wall-mount units on buildings that arrive in sections.
  • Office & ProfessionalZoning and comfort complaints, with work fitted around tenants.
  • Light Industrial & ManufacturingProcess heat and exhaust that comfort cooling was never sized for.
  • Medical & DentalTighter temperature and humidity limits than an ordinary office.
  • Schools & InstitutionalSummer shutdown windows, and budget cycles that set the timing.

Our work

Real jobs, real equipment

Every photograph here is our own work, on buildings we actually serviced.

Why Rooftop HVAC

Four decades on the roof, not behind a desk

Rooftop HVAC is led by William "Bill" Palombi, who has spent 40+ years in commercial HVAC.

Most service calls are lost on diagnosis, not on parts. Experience is what separates a unit that gets fixed from a unit that gets three visits.

  • Commercial only. We are not splitting attention between your building and somebody's furnace.
  • You reach a person. Not a call center routing tickets.
  • Straight answers on repair vs. replace. Including when the honest answer costs us the bigger job.
  • Documented work. You get to see what we found and what we did.
