Rooftop HVAC is a commercial mechanical contractor based in Medford, New Jersey.
Bill Palombi
Bill spent 40 years in commercial and industrial mechanical work before founding Rooftop HVAC — first with several major Delaware Valley mechanical contractors, then running his own HVACR businesses for nearly 30 years.
He has also taught HVACR courses at local technical schools, which is a fair test of whether someone can explain the work as well as do it. His experience covers service, installation and design.
How we work
- Commercial and industrial only — warehouses, retail, modular spaces, offices, medical, light manufacturing, schools and municipal buildings
- Installation, service and design — offered together, because the decisions in each affect the others
- Equipment we did not install — serviced on an as needed, time and material basis
- Written scope before work starts — including what is excluded
- Our own photographs — every job image on this site is our work

- New Jersey HVACR license — covers New Jersey and Pennsylvania
- Maryland HVACR license — covers Maryland and Delaware
- Insurance and bonding
