Emergency commercial HVAC service

Equipment down? Call. This page is deliberately short because you should be on the phone, not reading.

What counts as an emergency

  • No cooling or heating in an occupied commercial building
  • Equipment failure affecting production, food safety or refrigeration
  • Water leaking from a unit into occupied space
  • Electrical fault, burning smell or repeated breaker trips
  • Complete ventilation loss where air changes are required
  • Any failure where every hour of downtime costs you money

Before you call, if you can

None of this is required — call first and figure it out while we talk. But if you already know these, the first visit goes much faster.

  • Building address and how to get on the roof
  • Roughly how many units and which ones are affected
  • What the equipment is doing, or not doing
  • Whether the breaker has tripped
  • Who can give access, and when

Safety first. If you smell gas, evacuate and call your utility's emergency line before calling us. If there is smoke or fire, call 911. Do not go on a roof in a storm, in high wind or on ice to look at a unit.

Submit the form and select Emergency. It routes to the top of the queue — but the phone is still faster.
