- No cooling or heating in an occupied commercial building
- Equipment failure affecting production, food safety or refrigeration
- Water leaking from a unit into occupied space
- Electrical fault, burning smell or repeated breaker trips
- Complete ventilation loss where air changes are required
- Any failure where every hour of downtime costs you money

Safety first. If you smell gas, evacuate and call your utility's emergency line before calling us. If there is smoke or fire, call 911. Do not go on a roof in a storm, in high wind or on ice to look at a unit.
